A SCOTTISH festival has revamped its website to include local activity programmes - designed to encourage festivalgoers to stay longer in the area.
The Wickerman Festival, which takes place in Dumfries and Galloway has expanded its online features to include a TV channel - Wickervision - where visitors to the site can watch video clips of the festival and get a taste of the Wickerman experience before they arrive at the event.
The site also contains ideas of things to do in the surrounding area, which festival director Sid Ambrose said is useful for helping festivalgoers to plan an extended break around their festival visit.
