Book tickets here
Join us for our traditional start to the year as our expert panel looks ahead at what 2016 holds in store for the tourism sectors. Consumer confidence and the economy will be important factors determining the travelling public's behaviour, along with exchange rates, oil, international security and the Rio Olympics. An interesting year ahead? Come along and join the discussion.
The event will be chaired by renowned travel journalist and broadcaster Alison Rice. Richard Nicholls, Head of Research and Forecasting at VisitBritain, will set the scene with a view of recent trends and some judicious crystal-ball gazing, Max Clapham of research consultancy BDRC Continential will share insights into wellness tourism trends, Oliver Lloyd from Great British Chefs will be talking about food tourism, and digital content experts iCrossing will discuss where travel businesses need to focus on the latest digital developments.
