IMAGES of Kent have gone on display at Ebbsfleet and Ashford International to encourage visitors passing through the stations to get to the Olympic Games in Stratford to stop off in the county.
The series of seven posters highlight different aspects of Kent - heritage, culture, coast, produce and shopping - and are part of the GREAT promotional campaign backed by Prime Minister, David Cameron.
The Kent posters feature Hever and Dover castles; Turner Contemporary, Margate; Botany Bay, Broadstairs; Ashford Designer Outlet Centre; the Historic Dockyard Chatham and The Plough Inn.
Chief executive of Visit Kent Sandra Matthews-Marsh said: "Kent is the Gateway to the Games and we are honoured that Downing Street has recognised the importance of our county in delivering this summer's celebrations by incorporating our images within the GREAT campaign."
