BRITAIN'S biggest group of independent hotels has installed a dedicated pet hotline after an unprecedented rise in the number of guests booking rooms for them and their pets.
Best Western, which has won awards for its pet-friendly status, has launched Britain's first 'dog 'n bone' hotline, meaning pet owners can now call a dedicated central number if they want to book a stay at one of its 112 officially designated 'pet-friendly hotels'.
Pet owners can also speak to an advisor who will let them know which hotel is best for their needs and how it caters for their pet.
Former Crufts champion, West Highland terrier Millie, launched the scheme at Best Western head office.
