TOURISM bosses in Blackpool are ensuring visitors get the best experience possible by sending local workers on customer service training courses.
The Welcome to Blackpool training course, delivered by Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board in partnership with Blackpool Council, aims to help ensure the town's visitors have the best experience of their stay.
About 3000 people are set to complete the course over the next two years from organisations including Northern Rail, Blackpool Hilton, Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool International Airport.
