Running from 21 July - 1 September, explore and play your part in a curious experimental art installation based on Romeo and Juliet. This retelling of Shakespeare's tale of love, loss and reconciliation will feature responses from visitors which will grow and unfurl into a tunnel of scarlet red threads woven into the orchards. It will culminate in a crowd-scripted evocation of this famous love story which debuts at a Meet the Artist event on 1 September.

11. Visit the brand new Hotel du Vin in Stratford-upon-Avon
The wonderful restaurant in this new hotel focuses on French cooking, earthy dishes and slow-cooked foods, serving favourites such as Cassoulet Classique - with confit duck, smoked Toulouse sausage and pancetta - Bouillabaisse, and Steak Haché. The Summer House Sounds Concerts takes place from 12 - 14 July with 3 outdoor concerts from Tom Jones, Madness and Il Divo. 13. Watch Dragon Slayer - the new evening show at Warwick Castle
Showcasing the journey of Guy of Warwick as he battles beasts to win the heart of Princess Felice, the Earl of Warwick's daughter, Dragon Slayer is the first night-time spectacular created exclusively by the Castle. Combining fire jousts, equestrian acrobatics, stunts and performances, the show includes an interactive procession through the grounds to the Courtyard. The final battle comes to life through a projection and light show and concludes with an epic battle of man versus dragon featuring real flames and dazzling pyrotechnics.

14. Step back in time to the 13th Century at the Battle of Evesham
This free to attend event which is re-enacted on the 4 & 5 August, takes place in Evesham, just a 15-minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, featuring a medieval festival and camp with live demonstrations of cookery, weapons and medicine, plus the main battle re-enactment.

15. Pick your own fruit!
Visit Little Kineton Plant Centre, a small nursery selling beautiful plants and flowers at reasonable prices with a couple of enormous fields full of the most wonderful 'Pick Your Own' fruits and plants. The British Motor Museum will be celebrating Land Rover's 70th Birthday with a programme of themed fun, family activities! Every Wednesday visitors can discover the world of science with AutoScience LIVE - two 25-minute shows full of cool interactive demonstrations with the 'mad scientists'
